Chad S. Kendall

President, True Reach Group

Chad S. Kendall has led the growth of the True Reach Group from a one-client startup into a trusted partner serving many of the nation’s leading MSOs. His integrity, vision, and commitment to results have made True Reach a benchmark for performance, reliability, and client trust in the field retention industry.

Before joining True Reach, Chad oversaw field operations and customer retention for Adelphia Communications’ Southeast Region. In 2000, he was recruited by the One Source family to launch an innovative turnkey retention program that redefined how the industry approaches customer relationships and service excellence.

Today, True Reach continues to thrive under Chad’s guidance, earning recognition for its innovation, dependability, and long-standing client partnerships.

Steve Nolfi

President, Threshold Group

After a stint as a sportswriter out of college, Steve Nolfi honed his sales, marketing, and operations skills in the Telecommunications sector with companies such as Newhouse, Showtime, and TV Guide Networks.

Steve, who is located in the corporate headquarters in New Jersey, joined the parent company in 2003 and focused on building the broadband sales division which included securing national contracts with Comcast, Time Warner and Charter Communications.

In 2010 he was instrumental in the development and launch of The Threshold Group which facilitated the company’s entrance into the Utility and Non-Profit business sectors. He currently oversees all sales and fulfillment operations nationwide for the Threshold Group and Threshold Giving.

Rich Rettstadt

President, Restoreez

Rich Rettstadt possesses substantial business expertise acquired over an extensive career. His recent background encompasses leadership roles in the restoration and construction sector. As a former executive at Makotek, Rich draws upon more than thirty years of experience in cable contracting. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Viasource Communications, the nation’s largest publicly traded broadband fulfillment provider. Rich established Communication Resources Inc. (CRI), a key acquisition for Viasource, demonstrating his entrepreneurial approach by pioneering nonpay field collections and equipment recovery services for cable operators in the early 1980s. CRI also delivered installation and audit solutions.

John Jeffries

Head of Development,

John Jeffries is NCE’s Co-Founder and oversees the Client Services Team. As a British national and Economics graduate from the University of Bath, John began his career in retail training before transitioning into the fundraising sector in 2006. He has since held leadership roles with organizations including the RSPB, SOS Children’s Villages, and Save the Children, where he led global face-to-face and door-to-door fundraising initiatives and helped establish international in-house programs.

With experience spanning five continents, John continues to provide international consultancy and is a recognized speaker on fundraising strategy worldwide.

Pat Caprarola

Chief Financial Officer,
One Source Group

Patrick Caprarola joined One Source Group in early 2007 and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial infrastructure and operational discipline. Over the years, he built and led the finance team, supporting the organization’s continued growth and performance. Since 2014, Patrick has served as Acting Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial strategy, reporting, and planning while also playing a hands-on role in managing day-to-day operations. Based in the company’s corporate office in New Jersey, he brings a practical, detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding of the business to both financial leadership and operational execution.
